2. Once on the site you will need to enter the code for your county. This will take you to "Pre-Registration." You must complete all the steps listed.

3. You will upload your ID, SNAP or Income, and Birth Certificates for all children.
4. You MUST have an email and working phone or a way to contact you. We will email your approved application with distribution date, time, and address. Sometimes we have questions about your application and need to be able to contact you. Add our number to your contacts so you know it is us (304) 343-4548. If we cannot reach you, we may not be able to process your application and your children might not make it on the tree. Check your SPAM folder as well for our emails to you.
Once you have applied you will receive an email with your Pre-Angel Code. When your application is approved you will receive another email with an acceptance letter. Keep both emails. The code and acceptance letter are your "ticket" for picking up your Angel Tree packages on your appointed day and time. You may print out your letter or have it on your phone to show us on that day.

You will need the documents listed in #1 above to apply. Applications will not be processed without these documents. If you do not have these items, please go to DHS and ask for a printout of your household information, and that will include all the necessary information.
